Barbara Henry

Mrs. Barbara Henry, 85, retired bank teller, died 4/20/18 at Sanctuary House Hospice in Tupelo, MS. Visitation will be 5:00PM until 8:00PM Sunday 4/22/18 at Oliver Funeral Home, Eupora, MS. and 1:00PM until 2:00PM Monday 4/23/18 at Mathiston First Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be 2:00PM Monday 4/23/18 at Mathiston First Baptist Church with burial in Fellowship Cemetery in Choctaw County, MS. Dr. Wade Stevens will officiate. Pallbearers will be; Brad and Barry Pinnix, Kenny Vance, Quentin Cooper, Willard Easley and Danny Reed. Honorary Pallbearers will be Phil and Barney Pinnix. Mrs. Henry was a member of the Mathiston First Baptist Church and worked 37 years as a bank teller in Mathiston, Ms. She was preceded in death by her husband; Gerald Henry, parents; Thomas Council Reed and Jenny Shurden Reed, two brothers; Eldridge Reed and Roland Reed, four sisters; Clytee Pinnix, Matre Breland, Reba Pinnix and Francine Pinnix. Mrs. Barbara is survived by her son; Doran (Melesia) Henry, West Point, MS., a granddaughter; Kristen Nichole (Tyler) Hunt, Ackerman, MS., and three great grandchildren; Kendall Rivers Hunt, Weston Tyler Hunt, and Harleigh Cole Hunt. In lieu of flowers the family asks memorials be made to Sanctuary House Hospice in Tupelo, MS. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora is in charge of all arrangements.
