◆NARFE Meeting — The National Active & Retired Federal Employees Associatio­n (NARFE) will meet April 26 at the Hilton Garden Inn on Highway 12 East in Starkville. Doors open at 11 a.m. and lunch is served at 11:30. The guest speaker will be Kim Vance, Vice-President of Pondera Financial Group in Ridgeland. All active and retired Federal employees are encouraged to attend the meeting and invited to join the NARFE Chapter.

◆AARP — The Starkville Chapter #165 of AARP will hold its next monthly meeting on May 3 at 10 a.m. in the Mississipp­i Room of Cadence Bank on Main Street. The program speaker is Scott Maynard, CEO of the Greater Starkville Developmen­t Partnershi­p. Please enter the Bank Building through the back parking lot doors.
