Country musician, Paxton Peay, plays at Hobie’s tonight
If you are looking for something to do to kick off your weekend and have an appetite for country music, then look no further than what is going on at Hobie’s On Main tonight.
Paxton Peay is a country music artist and North Mississippi native who will be performing with his band at Hobie’s On Main tonight at 9 o’clock.
Playing all ages of country music, Peay’s band consists of talent that represents almost the entire state of Mississippi starting with Wheeler, Miss. native and drummer Blake Dees, Tupelo, Miss. native and bassist Sean Powell; Belmont, Miss. native and lead guitarist Drew Henry, and Clinton, Miss. native Jacob Dillard, who plays the steel guitar, mandolin and dobro.
Over the years, Peay and his band have had the privilege of sharing the stage with artists such as Jon Langston, The Jason Miller Band, Frank Foster, and American Idol Season 17 winner Laine Hardy
to name a few.
Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) guidelines, masks and social distancing will be required inside Hobie’s On Main and their capacity will be limited; so, if you plan on attending tonight, come before 9 o’clock before that limited capacity is filled.
Peay will begin his performance at 9 p.m. and end around 11 p.m.
Admission to Peay’s concert is free, but Hobie’s On Main does charge a $10 cover at the door.
