What advice do you have for buyers? The market is shifting to a Seller’s market again. If you find a home you like, make an offer while interest rates still remain low.

What advice do you have for sellers? Residential sales in Pompano Beach are up 26 percent from last year at this time. Low inventory makes for quick sales at a fair market price. How does what you’ve learned about real estate help your clients? Staying informed and up to date with the area including the CRA, new developments and construction are key changes that aid in the timing of buying and selling property.
