I have been licensed and active full time since 1999.

What made you get into real estate?

When I was eight months pregnant, we repatriated to the U.S. from France. We wanted to buy a house immediately but agents kept showing us houses that did not meet our criteria. That’s when I said I can do much better and deliver quality service. Since then, 75 percent of my new business comes from past customer referrals.

What separates you from other Realtors?

Everyone I work with is impressed with my product and area knowledge. I find the best match for my customers, negotiate the best terms and I am proactive behind the scenes to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Which neighborhoods/areas are your specialties?

I specialize and have sold luxury properties from Palm Beach to Miami Beach. Also, I work closely with developers and have sold other types of properties, including commercial in- vestments, with my team.

Describe your working style:

I work boutique style, establishing a close relationship with my customers and putting myself in their shoes. For buyers, I match their lifestyle and criteria accurately with the right properties. This saves time and has even made me the No. 1 earner among the 200-plus Realtors in my brokerage.

What advice do you have for buyers?

Find an experienced Realtor who is highly recommended by past customers. Besides finding the right property, you will save time and money.

Pricing the property right and making it available for easy showings are crucial. Find an experienced Realtor who will assist you from staging to closing.

Yes, I enjoy contributing to cultural and humanitarian efforts.
