If an author can’t come to your local bookstore, maybe you can go to the author’s home. Virtually, that is. Books & Books in Coral Gables is one of five bookstores across the country that will feature “AtHome with Harlan,” a live streaming interview with Harlan Coben in his living room talking about his latest novel “Missing You,” showing off his home and also taking questions. Savor the Literary Feast

The annual Literary Feast, sponsored by the Broward Public Library Foundation, is one of the premier book events of the year in Fort Lauderdale. For the past 26 years, the foundation has brought inmyriad writerswho­are guests at privatehom­es, participat­e in a full day of panels open to the public and visit high schools. Last year, the event raised $ 176,000 for area literacy programs.

The Literary Feast’s full day of free panels begins at12: 30 p. m. March16 at the Alvin Sherman Library, Nova Southeaste­rn University, 3301 College Ave., Davie. The local chapters of the American Associatio­n of University Women have set author luncheons this month to benefit scholarshi­p funds.
