Donald Barnes was promoted to senior vice president of land development for Toll Brothers in Jupiter. Ankit Patel has joined Miller Construction Co. as senior preconstruction manager for the Fort Lauderdale-based design-build and construction services firm. Patel was most recently a preconstruction/VDC manager for D. Stephenson Construction of Fort Lauderdale. Earlier in his career, he was lead estimator/building information modeling manager with The Weitz Co. of West Palm Beach.
