Smokers leave their butts all over the beaches

We agree 200 percent with the Viewpoint column advocating tobacco-free parks and beaches in Broward County.

There is nothing nice about sitting down on Pompano Beach and running your hands through the sand only to find dozens of cigarette butts. Not to mention fresh air is spoiled by the smell. Does anyone believe smokers properly dispose of their butts outdoors? If you do you are delusional.
