Group to offer free seminar for first-time homebuyers

A nonprofit counseling group will have a free First Time Homebuyer and Credit Restoration Seminar on May 16 in Sunrise.

Hollywood-based United Financial Counselors will give tips on buying a home, obtaining down payment assistance and improving credit scores to qualify for a mortgage.
