Less than two weeks after opening, the Cabana Club at Villaggio Reserve is abuzz with activity and already is earning rave reviews from residents.

From dining in the Cabana Club Café to exercising in the Fitness Center or playing a competitive game of tennis or pickleball at the Tennis Club, residents and their guests are enjoying life well lived at the most exciting 55-plus community in Delray Beach. “Residents are finding so much to do

at Villaggio Re- serve’s spectacular resort-style destination. This is what South Florida living is supposed to be all about,” says Ron Yuter, senior vice president with developer Ansca Homes. Residences at Villaggio Reserve start in the $290,000s and rise to the $400,000s. “The Cabana Club is taking daily life to whole new levels.”

The day starts early at the Cabana Club. Chef Mario is cooking up breakfast made to order off the menu — and served in the Cabana Club Café’s air-conditioned dining room or on the covered and screened lanai outside. Later in the day, the menu will switch to lunch and Chef Mario and his team will be preparing delicious meals certain to suit any tastes.

In the Fitness Center, the state-ofthe-art exercise equipment is whirring as athletic residents start their days with an invigorating workout. Nearby, instructor Linda is preparing students for her first aerobics, Pilates, Zumba or yoga classes of the day.

Already, the masseuse is taking appointments, the saunas are heated up and both the “his and her” locker rooms are bustling with traffic.

Just outside at the Tennis Center, the courts have been rolled and Tara, the tennis pro, is assigning players to one of the tennis or pickleball courts. Those players who hope to beat the heat can play early — or into the evening on the lighted courts.

The Cabana Club truly is Villaggio Reserve’s town hall and meeting place. Throughout the day, residents are walking, riding their bikes or driving to the Cabana Club to enjoy some bridge, mahjongg, cards, or arts and crafts in the multi-purpose rooms. Or they’re simply gathering with friends in the plush common areas.

Phase One of Villaggio Reserve’s impressive lifestyle destination is only part of daily life at South Florida’s newest and most exciting community.

As spectacular and popular as Villaggio Reserve’s Cabana Club has proven to be, the residences also are earning rave reviews. Every home elevates South Florida living to new heights. The villas offer the latest treatments emphasizing beauty and style. The Patio Villas feature two bedrooms and a den, two bathrooms, two-car garages and spacious, covered patios — elements not regularly featured at almost any other community.

The single-family homes bring spacious living and magnificent sightlines inside, and — as with all the homes and the entire community — Spanish-Italian exteriors that make Villaggio Reserve truly unique.

All homes also feature luxurious treatments such as granite countertops and high-end cabinetry in the kitchens and master baths; energy efficient and stainless steel GE appliances; and impactresistant windows and doors throughout for added safety and peace of mind.

Between the Cabana Club and the residences, Villaggio Reserve is earning the praise of residents, their families and guests.
