NBA star’s mansion sells.

More than a year after he jilted the Miami Heat to return to Cleveland, LeBron James has sold his Coconut Grove mansion for $13.4 million.

The 12,178-square-foot home at 3590 Crystal View Court has views of Biscayne Bay, a home theater, pool, chef’s kitchen, sommelier’s wine cellar, rooftop sun deck and guest house, according to the listing from Opulence International Realty.

The home was listed as sold on the multiple listing service database of properties. Listing agent Tomi Rose said the sale closed this week, though the deed has yet to show up in public records. Timo Kipp, a commercial real estate investor, said he and his wife, Nathalia, bought the house.

James paid $9 million in 2010. Asked if her client were pleased, Rose said: “Anybody who makes a profit is happy. Anybody who doesn’t take a loss in real estate is a happy camper.”

The 6-foot-8 NBA superstar put the home on the market in October for $17 million, the listing shows. He reduced the asking price to $15 million earlier this year.

Kipp previously owned the home of another former Heat big man, Alonzo Mourning. Kipp swears he’s not stalking the Heat and says he’s been to only two of the team’s games.

“I’m not happy LeBron left,” Kipp said, laughing.

Kipp, 40, said the house is move-in ready, except for one small detail.

“I’m going to have to change the shower head,” he said. “It’s definitely too tall for me.”
