Bob Ross changing real estate in Florida by paying you to list your home

president of rD ross realty, is changing the way real estate is sold in Florida. Homeowners now will be able to receive payment based on the value of thei homes, right up front, just for allowing the company the privilege of selling their home by giving rD ross the listing.
This is a new, legal and very unique program. rD ross realty will create, absolutely free, a Comparative market Analysis (CmA) to determine the relative value of a home by evaluating similar homes sold or on the market in the area, adjusting for comparable size, condition, age, style, and other relevant factors. If you want, you can even use you own licensed real estate appraise to determine the value of the home.
Once the CmA is done, rD ross realty will work with the owner to determine the best listing price, and if the listing price is within 5 percent of the CmA valuation, the homeowner will be paid to list the home with rD ross realty. The payment account could be $300, $500, $1,000, $5,000, $10,000 or more depending on the listing price. Whether the home sells or not, the owner keeps the money they received for the listing; they do not have to return it.
