Call the Supervisor of Elections at 954-357-7055, visit BrowardSOE.orgor requestbym­ail to the Supervisor of Elections Main Office (115 S. Andrews Ave., Room 102, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301). A mailed request must include your name, address, date of birth and signature.

From March 9 to 13, you can pick up a vote-by-mail ballot in person at theVoting Equipment Center (1501NW 40th Ave., Lauderhill).
