Two of Miami’s depth starter options, righty Jose Urena and lefty Justin Nicolino, did not have great showings. Urena allowed two runs in one inning, while Nicolino allowed five runs (four earned) while recording just one out. Shortstop Adeiny Hechavarria, the only Marlins regular in the lineup, finished 0 for 3. Left fielder Tyler Moore went 2 for 2 with a two-run homer, while third baseman Miguel Rojas and second baseman Ryan Jackson each went 1 for 2 with a double and a fielding error.
