3700 block of Northwest 21st Street, Aug. 23, 6:30 p.m. A man said someone entered an apartment and took keys off the table and stole his vehicle.

4100 block of Northwest 41st Street, Aug. 23, 8:20 p.m. Someone broke and window to gain entry into the house. The owner is the mother of the trespasser who does not allow at her residence.

5100 block of West Oakland Park Boulevard, Aug. 23, 11:39 p.m. While conducting an area check after a call of three people trying door handles in the area, a vehicle was found unlocked and ransacked. Due to not being able to secure the vehicle and the ignition key being found on the driver seat, the vehicle was towed to Westway Towing. Parkway, Aug. 24, 11:24 a.m. A student punched a school security guard in the face.

300 block of Rock Island Road, Aug. 24, 6:22 p.m. A store manager reported that between April and August an employee took approximat­ely $800.

5800 block of South Sable Circle, Aug. 24, 1:35 p.m. A man was pulling on door handles to both cars in a driveway. He entered the victim's Lexus IS250, searched for items, and then left the vehicle without taking anything. The man was then joined by two other men and continued to walk through the neighborho­od. supplies were stolen from a vehicle between 7:30 p.m. Aug. 15 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 16. There were no signs of forced entry.

8100 block of West McNab Road, Aug. 17, 1 p.m. A man asking to use a cellular phone, reached through a driver's side window, snatched the phone from a owner's hand and ran through the parking lot.

7400 block of Kimberly Boulevard, Aug. 17, 7:05 p.m. Two men attempted to pay for jewelry using counterfei­t bills. They then attempted to take the items but were unsuccessf­ul.

6100 block of Northwest 43rd Avenue, Aug. 17, 9:38 p.m. Entry was made into a home by climbing through a window between 7:30 a.m. and 9:38 p.m. Paperwork was moved in a bedroom but nothing was taken.
