1400 block of Southeast Third Avenue, Aug. 27, 11:45 a.m. An LG G5 smartphone worth $450, a sterling silver amethyst bracelet worth $350, and $20 in change were stolen from an unlocked vehicle's center console between 5 p.m. Aug. 26 and 11:45 a.m. Aug. 27.

4800 block of Anglers Avenue, Aug. 27, 3:24 p.m. A tag was stolen between 10 a.m. and 3:24 p.m.
