The hills are alive in South Florida this weekend as “The Sound of Music” takes the stage at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale. The musical story of Maria and the von Trapp family runs through Oct. 22 at 201 SW Fifth Ave. Tickets start at $30 at browardcenter.org.
