600 block of Northwest Third Street, Sept. 2, 7:41 a.m. A vehicle's door was found unlocked and the interior was ransacked between 8:30 p.m. Sept. 1 and 7:41 a.m. Sept. 2. Nothing was taken.

100 block of Southwest 19th Court, Aug. 31, 8 a.m. Tools totaling $2,000 were taken from a storage box on the side of a truck between 6 p.m. Aug. 30 and 8 a.m. Aug. 31.

20 block of Southeast 10th Terrace, Sept. 3, 12:46 p.m. Two tires were punctured between 1 a.m. and 12:46 p.m. Damages totaled $700.

20 block of Southeast Seventh Street, Sept. 4, 7 a.m. A black 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe was stolen from a residence's driveway between 11:30 p.m. Sept. 3 and 7 a.m. Sept. 4.

1000 block of Phippen-Waiters Road, Sept. 6, 2:30 a.m. A tree was on fire, caused by power lines.

3800 block of Southwest 56th Avenue, Sept. 6, 10 a.m. A vehicle's window was shattered between 10 p.m. Sept. 5 and 10 a.m. Sept. 6. Missing items are unknown.

5600 block of Southwest 37th Street, Sept. 7, 5 p.m. A GPS and a laptop computer were stolen from a vehicle between 4:40 and 5 p.m. Missing items total $10,700. There were no signs of forced entry.

4600 block of Southwest 36th Street, Sept. 8, 10:30 a.m. Copper tubing, an air conditioni­ng handler, a ladder and a water heater were stolen from a home undergoing renovation­s between noon Sept. 3 and 10:30 a.m. Sept. 7.

5900 block of West Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Sept. 26, midnight. A money order was stolen from a mailbox and cashed. Beach Boulevard, Sept. 29, 11:07 a.m. A duck flew into the front end of a vehicle, causing minor damage to the headlamp.

5300 block of Southwest 33rd Street, Oct. 2, 6:30 a.m. Tires and rims valued at $1,600 were stolen from a vehicle between 10 a.m. Oct. 1 and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 2.

3300 block of West Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Oct. 1, 12:50 p.m. A person attempted to sell a firearm with a scratched off serial number.

4200 block of West Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Sept. 30, 3:47 a.m. A man was arrested when a check during a traffic stop revealed that was a habitual traffic offender and had multiple warrants.
