Dapper ‘Business Bandit’ has robbed three banks

His attire is impeccable, fromhis jaunty cap to his crisp shirt and tie. The clear plastic gloves keep the gun he carries fingerprin­t free.

Aman the FBI has dubbed the “Business Bandit” should be considered armed and dangerous, agents announced Monday.

So called because of the attire hewears, the Business Bandit has struck at least three times this month in Palm Beach County, Special Agent Michael Leverock said.

Two of robberies happened outside of Boca Raton and another happened in Palm Beach Gardens, Leverock said.

The gentlemanl­y thief first held up a Sun Trust Bank at 7800 Glades Road in West Boca on Nov. 7.

Aside fromhis mustache, goatee and eyeglasses, he wore a white button-up shirt, dark tie and slacks. His apparel was topped off by a newsboy cap.

Three days later on Nov. 10 the Business Bandit hit a PNC Bank at 10973N. Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens donning the

same dapper duds.

Aweek after that on Nov. 17, he added a dark suit coat and a handgun to his garb when he robbed a Wells Fargo Bankat 9162Glades Road near Boca Raton.
