Hear ye, hear ye! The Florida Renaissance Festival opens this weekend at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach, but families don’t have to step back in time to enjoy a good festival this weekend. There is also the Fort Lauderdale Greek Festival, the Seminole Tribal Fair and Pow Wow, the South Florida Garlic Fest, the Everglades Day Outdoor Festival and the Boca Raton Seafood Festival. In Miami, you can Sleep with the Sharks at the Frost Museum of Science, and dogs have their day Sunday with PAWS in the Park in West Palm Beach.
