What’s for dinner?

You’ll find out when it’s served at our Secret Supper.

- By Michael Mayo Dining critic

Secret Supper, restaurant gatherings where the location of meals are not revealed until the day of the event, returns Tuesday in Delray Beach. It will be the first of two dinners sponsored by the Sun Sentinel held this month.

The other is scheduled for March 26 in Fort Lauderdale. The first South Florida Secret Supper, held last fall, generated a positive response from attendees. The concept originated in Chicago.

The way it works: Those who buy tickets will be notified of the location on the morning of the event. Tickets are available online at sunsentinel.com/ secretsupper. Tickets to the Tuesday and March 26 dinners cost $100 and include a multicourse meal, cocktail, tax and tip.

Only a handful of seats remain for the Delray Beach event (which a certain food critic with the initials MM plans to attend).

For those who are loyal readers (and if you are still reading, that means you qualify), have we got a deal for you: a discount on the Fort Lauderdale events. Just enter the promo code “SECRET” when you buy tickets and you will receive $25 off. That means a new March 25 brunch will cost $50 and the March 26 dinner will cost $75. Bon appetit!
