Marlins RHP Trevor Richards (1-3, 4.41 ERA, 1.385 WHIP) vs. Orioles RHP Dylan Bundy (4-7, 3.66 ERA, 1.195 WHIP): Richards enters Sunday’s series finale in Baltimore after picking up his first major-league victory against the Giants on Tuesday night. Richards surrendered back-to-back walks to open his outing against San Francisco, allowing the first batter of the game to score. But beyond that, he rebounded well as only one Giant reached second base in the final eight innings of the game. Sunday’s start will be Richards’ third since a recent recall from Triple-A New Orleans, and his first one against Baltimore. … Bundy, meanwhile, has been one of baseball’s hottest pitchers over the last three weeks and he’ll carry a 17-inning scoreless streak into Sunday’s game against the Marlins. In his last two starts, Bundy has thrown 15 innings while yielding just six hits and five walks. Bundy has never faced Miami. Starlin Castro is the only Marlin that’s faced Bundy more than three times (1.223 on-base plus slugging percentage in 16 plate appearances).
