Career building, one project at a time
Irlande Germain is project manager for Tellus LLC, a provider of mobile care delivery, Electronic Visit Verification (eVV) and claims processing technology designed for the home health and long-term care markets, in Deerfield Beach. Her job is to execute the release of the product to the client from start to finish. Project management is one of those careers that requires a person to wear multiple hats simultaneously, says Germain. For example, one minute Germain is helping her team resolve a critical issue and the next she’s running a project status meeting with stakeholders, she says. Germain says she’s up to the challenge to meet project objectives in a fast-paced environment, and she shifts gears and constantly re-evaluates priorities. It’s also her passion she says. One of her personal professional goals is to lead a project management professional certification class, she says.
Why I’m a good fit for the job :I am effective at motivating people, streamlining processes and following through to get the job done.
