Tiffany Faublas, marketing director for the West Palm Beach Downtown Developmen­t Authority, has been named one of 30 urban champions for the Internatio­nal Downtown Associatio­n’s 2018 Emerging Leaders Fellowship program. The Emerging Leader Fellowship is a weeklong experienti­al program bringing together IDA profession­als from within the urban district management industry. The fellows learn essential leadership and place management skills and gain practical tools in the areas of place-based economic developmen­t, the live-work-play experience, and public-private partnershi­ps.

Gary Ruderman, co-founder of Ruderman and Co. P.A., has been named chairman of the Leadership Broward board of directors. Ruderman, a Leadership Broward Class XXX graduate, has served in various board leadership positions, including as treasurer and chairelect.
