The Cinemark Palace 20 and XD has debuted its replacement for Bogart’s Bar and Grille on the second floor, which the cinema calls its Premier Level.

“We demolished the entire space and started from scratch,” says Joe Murphy, divisional vice president of restaurant operations. “I think you’ll find we created a very relevant, exciting and comfortable environment. We also added a game room with billiards and shuffleboard for grown-ups.”

The bar has doubled in size amid a more modern ambiance, with tropical murals tying in lime-green and yellow furniture on one side and rustic reclaimed wood décor on the other. A new adjacent VIP Screening Room can be reserved for a group.

“We did our homework on what the favorites on Bogart’s menu were, such as quesadillas, soups, tacos, pastas,” Murphy says. “We think we captured menu items our past Bogart’s guests enjoyed and added some new fresh, flavorful fare and preparations to the mix.”

Highlights include pulled pork pizza ($9.50), fettuccine Alfredo ($10), Southwest black bean burger ($11), tuna poke ($12) and pan-seared salmon ($22).

Vanilla ice cream is served with the Rockslide brownie sundae ($8) and caramel apple crisp ($8.50).

Cocktails ($7.50-$13) include the maple-smoked old fashioned and chipotle pineapple margarita.

Lunch and dinner are served daily.
