Rapper arrested in S. Fla.

Brown, 29, was taken into custody about11p.m. for allegedly punching a photograph­er at aTampa nightclub during an event inApril 2017.

Anarrestwa­rrant fromHillsb­orough County says he struck photograph­er BennieVine­s Jr., whowas hired by theAja nightclub to take photos during an event hosted by Brown.

Vines told officers that while hewas snapping photos, Brown punched him. By the time lawenforce­ment officers arrives, Brownhad left the club.

Vines refused medical Brown treatment, but told

officers hewanted to press charges because of a minor lip cut.

Brown has a lengthy legal history, including a domestic violence arrest in 2009 on allegation­s of beating then-girlfriend Rihanna, a 2013 hit-and-run, and a 2016 arrest on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. Arestraini­ng orderwas issued against him last month by awomanwho accused him of stalking and hitting her.

Brown has stayed out of the news for the most part recently but reportedly just spent more than $350,000 on a bulletproo­f SUV.

He’s currently in the middle of his Heartbreak on a FullMoonTo­ur, which is scheduled to continue through early August.

Brownwas arrested after his performanc­e at the Coral Sky Amphitheat­re on Thursday.

Hewas released after paying a bond of $2,000, records show.

He postedmess­ages to fans on social media saying his Friday night performanc­e inTampawou­ld go on as scheduled.
