Sun Sentinel Broward Edition

Choose what story we should cover next

- By Dan Sweeney South Florida Sun Sentinel

It may be election season, but we’re asking you to vote on something different.

In recent weeks, the Sun Sentinel’s “Sound Off South Florida” has asked readers to send in questions they want answered — questions that they can’t get answers to through a simple Google search.

We got several good ones, and now we want your help deciding which of them to investigate.

Why don’t Florida drivers use turn signals?

Why do people put their vehicle registration decals in all four corners of their license plates?

How come we don’t have amusement parks in our area?

What happened to the quiet zones promised as a result of the Brightline railway safety enhancements?

What do we know about the hotel/bar that stood on Munyon Island back in the early 20th century?

To vote for which story we’ll assign to a reporter — ahem, me — go to SunSentinel.com/SoundOff

And if none of the questions interest you, there’s also a spot to send in your own queries for consideration.

If you’ve ever read through the paper and asked, “Why isn’t the Sun Sentinel covering Issue A or Topic X?” — well, this is your chance to tell us what we should be reporting on.

The voting lines are open.
