At Wynwood newest coffeehouse, Selina Brawlers, the java takes second billing.

The true stars are everything else for sale inside this Instagramfriendly lounge, including Andy Warhol artworks, motorcycles and light fixtures from a 1920s Pennsylvania insane asylum.

The fusion coffee lounge, co-working space and home décor boutique, opening Oct. 29, is the brainchild of brothers Sebastian and Jorge Ramirez, who say their 1,300-square-foot shop resembles “a 1950s-era hotel lobby.” In February, the brothers partnered with Oz Zechovoy, the creative director of Selina, a global chain of boutique hostels-cum-co-working spaces, to design the space.

Why sell everything?

The answer, Sebastian Ramirez says, is a nod to their grandfather, who believes that anything should be sold for the right price. “It’s therapeutic to let material things go in our consumer-obsessed culture. People have this desire to possess everything they see. You can do that here,” Ramirez said.

What’s on display?

Everything within eye-shot, from the vintage theater seats working professionals use in the café to the contemporary wall art, boasts a price tag. Fancy a latte with a custom-built 1974 Yamaha XS 650 motorcycle ($12,000)? Both are here. There are Warhol screen-printed party invitations depicting artist Victor Hugo Rojas, one of Warhol’s assistants at the Factory ($18,000); a Jeff Koons-designed snowboard; paintings; 1920s theater seats recovered from a northern Florida naval military base ($3,800); and hanging lamps from an abandoned Pennsylvania insane asylum.

Selina Brawlers will open 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29, at 2819 NW Second Ave., in Miami. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday to Friday and noon-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Call 305-515-9173 or go to BrothersandBrawlers.com.
