The silence of the media helps execute children

-

Nothing exemplifies America’s unreported “gun rights” bloody constitutional crisis better than Parkland parent Andrew Pollack’s unimaginable world of sadness after losing his innocent and helpless daughter.

Yet this murder was accomplished with the deadly, AR-15 lightweight machine gun which, under 2012, Title 18 U.S. Code 2332a, is a terror weapon of mass destruction.

In 1991, Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger warned us about this upcoming national calamity caused in great part by the government’s legitimization of mass executions of our children with military guns: “The Gun Lobby’s interpretation of the Second Amendment is one of the greatest pieces of fraud, I repeat the word fraud, on the American people by special interest groups that I have ever seen in my lifetime. The real purpose of the Second Amendment was to ensure that state armies - the militia - would be maintained for the defense of the state. The very language of the Second Amendment refutes any argument that it was intended to guarantee every citizen an unfettered right to any kind of weapon he or she desires.”

In 1934 Congress passed the National Firearms Act to protect the people from mass executions with light machine guns, but by the 1960s the Supreme Court had slowly gutted the 1934 act.

That the last protection of the people by Congress was the 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act, disgustingly compromised with the NRA to last just 10 years. The 2005 Congress passed the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act to protect the gun industry from domestic terrorism for enabling America’s mass executions with their deadly light machine guns.

After the Parkland massacre, retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens confirmed the court’s deadly fraud against us by advocating the critical need to amend the Second Amendment under Article V.

Our news media, by these decades of continuing benign neglect, are as guilty, if not even more so, for enabling the spilling of our children’s blood by silent acquiescence as are the gun industry, the NRA, the Congress, the administration and the Supreme Court.
