Spring is in the air! South Florida beaches are finally starting to clear from those crazy spring breakers and the sun has been shining just a little bit longer.

What does it all mean? Spring time for families has now begun. There are a variety of things to do, from Easter egg hunts — yes, some even for adults — to spring festivals and holiday feasts.

Here are some events you’ll definitely want to add to your social calendar.

Big Bunny Invasion, through April 21, Pinecrest

Imagine giant 25-foot tall bunnies glowing in Pinecrest Gardens’ meadow right before dusk and into the evening. Add Glowga, art activities for kids and live performanc­es, and you have a Big Bunny Invasion. This event runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. $5. Pinecrest Gardens, 11000 Red Road, Pinecrest. Garden Land, through today, Palm Beach Gardens

Kids can fill their Easter baskets with fun and prizes as they hop along the pathway in Garden Land. Players spin the wheel then skip along a colorful trail. When they land on one of seven special stepping stones, they have a chance to collect a gift from a participat­ing store. A game of Garden Land is $5 per person, and all proceeds benefit the Children’s Home Society. This event runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday. BunnyPaloo­za, through Sunday, Miami

With egg hunts, five acres of rides and bounce houses as well as visits from the Easter Bunny, “BunnyPaloo­za” is packed with tons of kid-friendly fun. The daily Easter Parade will start at 12:30 p.m. complete with floats, bands, strolling performers, costumed characters, Kids Foam Zone and of course, the Easter Bunny. Annual Easter Egg Hunt, today, Palm Beach Children are invited to hunt for 8,000 treat-filled Easter eggs in age-appropriat­e areas so that everyone, including toddlers, can have a good time. Pose for pictures with the Easter bunny, make crafts, have your face painted and play games. Children should bring their own Easter basket. Each child will receive a commemorat­ive wooden Easter Egg to remember the day. $15 children/$18 adults. Easter Celebratio­n & Photos with Easter Bunny, today, Pompano Beach

Themed arts and crafts, face painting, and a DJ dance party. Don’t forget your camera so you can snap a free photo with the Easter Bunny. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Free. Easter Brunch, Sunday, West Palm Beach

There will be a prix fixe menu which includes pastries and breads, omelets, oysters and king crab claws, pizza, steak and more. $69 per person and $25 for children 10 and younger. Add on endless Mimosas, Bloody Marys and Sangria for $20 per person. The celebratio­n will feature an Easter egg hunt at 10:30 a.m. and plenty of photo ops with the Easter Bunny. There will be a special appearance by the Easter Bunny, and little peeps can enjoy trips to the candy bar. The children’s menu is available for ages 5-12 for $24. Kids age 4 and younger eat for free. Kids can visit with the friendly, floppy-eared hare at Prosecco Café and have their photos taken from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Menu options include the Bunny Hop Waffle and Hippity Hoppity Easter Ham. Parents can dive into bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys for $14. Prosecco Café’s Easter specials run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Vic & Angelo’s will roll out its Easter Brunch Buffet from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fill your plate with selections from the carving, quiche, and omelet stations or the raw bar. There will be an assortment of pastas, sides, breads, and desserts. The buffet is $45 per adult and $17 for children age 12 and younger. Vic & Angelo’s will also offer bottomless mimosas for $15. Dinner will be available a la carte from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Kids are invited to get in touch with their crafty side at The Cooper. Dye and decorate Easter eggs for a chance to win a $25 gift card. The kids’ menu features Buttermilk Rainbow Pancakes or scrambled eggs with a choice of bacon or turkey sausage, and French fries or home fries for $8.

Easter brunch at Spoto’s Oyster Bar & Blue Point Lounge features the Lobster Brie Omelet or Eggs Benedict with sides of fresh fruit and breakfast potatoes. Spoto’s Oyster Bar will also offer its regular lunch menu items from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner runs from 3:30 to 10 p.m.
