Falling in love with “Bachelorette” Hannah Brown? Guilty.

At fault for a car accident that led to a careless driving ticket? Not guilty, Tyler Cameron says.

Jupiter native and “Bachelorette” finalist Tyler C. is scheduled to appear in Palm Beach County court on Aug. 6 following a car crash in his hometown on May 21, about two weeks after the ABC reality TV show would have stopped filming.

Cameron crashed his 2005 Ford Excursion SUV into the back of a 2014 Ford King Ranch pickup while driving south on an Alternate A1A bridge in northern Jupiter, according to a Florida Traffic crash report. It happened near the intersection of Riverside Drive, at around 7:30 a.m., and also caused the pickup to collide with a third car, Jupiter police said.

Right before the crash, construction equipment was changing lanes, causing traffic to stop and merge. Cameron told police that while braking abruptly, he was not able to stop in time before he rearended the pickup in front of him, the report said.

Cameron got “a bump on his forehead,” according to the report. The other drivers involved did not report (midday): 2-3 (midday): 3-8-4 (midday): 6-3-5-9 (midday): 8-3-6-0-3

Selected Saturday Pick 2 (evening): Pick 3 (evening): Pick 4 (evening): Pick 5 (evening): Fantasy 5: 3-7-8-19-28 injuries and declined to go to Jupiter Medical Center.

There was an estimated $19,000 in damages to all three vehicles. Cameron’s SUV and the other driver’s pickup had to be towed from the scene, police said.

Jupiter police cited Cameron for careless driving and fined him $166. He had 30 days to pay it, but didn’t, records show.

Cameron’s driver’s license was suspended for almost a month for not paying the ticket, according to court documents. On July 16, Cameron pleaded not guilty to the careless driving offense and paid a $23 late fee. His license was reinstated.

A pre-trial hearing for his case is scheduled for Aug. 6. Cameron and his lawyer did not reply to phone messages.

A plea of not guilty and requesting a hearing for a traffic infraction should have been submitted within 30 days, according to the Palm Beach County Clerk and Comptroller.

Why did he wait almost two months after the crash to take action?

Maybe he’s been spending quality time with his new fiancee. Or maybe he’s elbow deep in a gallon of chocolate ice cream, picturing his love with finalists Jed or Peter. We’ll find out on “The Bachelorette” season finale, July 29.
