Former Miami Heat player Lamar Odom and Parkland Netflix star Karamo Brown will be swiveling their hips on the new season of “Dancing With the Stars.”

ABC announced the new lineup of celebrity dancers Wednesday during “Good Morning America.” The new season debuts 8 p.m. Sept. 16. The entertainers and athletes will be performing various dance styles from the foxtrot to the tango as they compete for the mirror ball trophy and bragging rights.

Also competing is “Bachelorette” Hannah Brown, who had a hometown date with Jupiter’s Tyler Cameron this summer. In the series finale last month, Cameron, a model and former Florida Atlantic University football player, was one of the two finalists.

Odom, a two-time NBA champ, started his career with the Los Angeles Clippers and also played for the Lakers. He was a starter for the Heat during the 2003-2004 season. He was married to reality star Khloe Kardashian before they filed for divorce in 2013. In May, the 39-year-old published “Darkness to Light: A Memoir” about his struggles with drug and sex addiction.

Karamo Brown, 38, serves as the culture expert on the Netflix makeover show “Queer Eye.” He is a 1999 alumnus of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland and grew up in Coral Springs. In March, the father of two published his memoir “Karamo: My Story of Embracing Purpose, Healing, and Hope.” Fans may remember him from the 2004 season MTV’s “The Real World: Philadelphia.”

The other stars competing on the dance show are country singer Lauren Alaina, actor James Van Der Beek, supermodel Christie Brinkley, former “Fifth Harmony” band member Ally Brooke, actor Kate Flannery, former Baltimore Ravens and University of Miami football star Ray Lewis, comedian Kel Mitchell, former White House press secretary Sean Spicer and The Supremes’ Mary Wilson.

The pairings with professional dancers won’t be announced until the premiere. However, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, who owns the Dance With Me Studios in Boca Raton with brother Maksim Chmerkovskiy, is also returning to the show.
