Former NFL star in domestic spat

- BY LISA J. HURIASH

HOLLYWOOD – Cops were called to the home of former NFL star Antonio Brown on Monday when he got into an argument with the mother of three of his children.

The argument appears to have started over his girlfriend using his Bentley to take their child to school.

“The kid’s not going to school,” declared Brown, 31, who lives in Hollywood.

He recorded the encounter and it was posted online on TMZ.com.

“You don’t drive Bentleys, this is not your life!” he told the woman, Chelsie Kyriss, 30.

At one point, Brown grabbed gummy candies shaped like penises and threw them toward Kyriss, TMZ said.

Brown played with the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2010-2018 and then one game with the New England Patriots in 2019, before they released him. He was raised in Liberty City and bought a $6.6 million home in Hollywood in 2016.

Last month, Kyriss showed up at the home accompanied by police officers in order to retrieve some of her child’s clothing, according to police reports. Brown livestreamed part of that situation on his Instagram page, according to WPLGCh. 10.

Brown told police her stuff was already gone, packed in Louis Vuitton bags. They also quibbled whether the Bentley was hers, but the woman showed authorities cellphone video of him giving it to her a gift, complete with a red bow.

Hollywood cops won’t say exactly say what happened Monday — other than to say it’s not their problem.

Department spokesman Officer Christian Lata said a report won’t be filed because no crime was committed and the episode didn’t require police intervention.

The only reason officers were there “was to keep the peace,” Lata said. “We determined no crime was committed. It was a civil matter, and we explained that to the parties and we were on our way.”

In a formal statement, police said Brown treated them with “disrespect and disdain” during the call in December. They decided to return a check he had given the Hollywood Police Athletic League for their 7-on-7 football league. They told Brown not to come back on PAL property or risk trespassing.

“We will not take money from a donor that we cannot have our youth be proud of or represent our organization,” the statement said.
