Pembroke Pines gets a McAlister’s Deli
If you’re pining away in Pembroke Pines for a new delicatessen, then you’re in luck: McAlister’s Deli opened last week.
“Pembroke Pines is an up-and-coming area, and we are thrilled to bring
McAlister’s handcrafted sandwiches, family-friendly atmosphere and genuine hospitality to our new neighbors,” says Kristi Moore, owner of the Pembroke Pines McAlister’s.
And now through Aug. 9, McAlister’s Deli is offering free delivery via the McAlister’s App or McAlistersDeli.com.
The newest South Florida location for the fastcasual restaurant brand is at 10620 Pines Blvd. P110 (954-417-7585). There are also locations in Plantation and Doral.
“South Florida is an attractive market for us and we are always looking for multi-unit franchisees to grow our presence in the area,” says Angie Champsaur, corporate public relations manager for McAlister’s Deli.
Based in Atlanta, McAlister’s Deli has more than 400 restaurants in 27 states.
The menu includes sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts.
Moore adds, “McAlister’s has something on the menu for everyone, including our fan favorites like our Famous Sweet Tea, 13-layer
McAlister’s Club and giant spuds.”
There have also been added measures in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
“The well-being of guests and team members across all of our franchise locations is important to us,” Champsaur says. “The franchisee is requiring gloves and cloth face coverings and implementing additional precautionary measures such as enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures, including the cleaning frequency of high touch points. The restaurant is also conducting employee screenings and temperature taking and directing crew members who are not feeling well to stay home.”
