NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE

A public hearing will be held before the City Commission of the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible and a public hearing will be held before the City Commission of the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Commission Room, City Hall, 100 North Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and through communication media technology accessible through the City’s website (www.fortlauderdale.gov), for the purpose of hearing any objections which might be made to the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE AMENDING SECTION 47-1.6 OF THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ULDR) THROUGH THE REVISION OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE ATTACHING THERETO AND BY REFERENCE MAKING A PART THEREOF ADDENDUM “A” ENTITLED “OFFICIAL DOWNTOWN CHARACTER AREA MAP” CONSISTING OF A DEPICTION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CHARACTER AREAS AS ESTABLISHED AND DESCRIBED IN SECTION 47-13.20.6 OF THE ULDR.

All interested parties may appear electronically at said meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
