■ Steelers 38, Browns 7: James Conner ran for 101 yards and a TD and the host Steelers won in a rout to improve to 5-0 for the first time since 1978. Ben Roethlisbe­rger added 162 yards passing and a score. The Steelers defense sacked Browns QB Baker Mayfield four times and picked him off twice. Safety Minkah Fitzpatric­k returned one INT 33 yards for a score. The Browns had won four in a row. They’ve dropped 17 games in a rowatHeinz Field.

■ Ravens 30, Eagles 28: Lamar Jackson threw for a TD and ran for a score and the Ravens held on for the road win. The Eagles were missing seven offensive starters, including four offensive linemen, and then lost two more when RB Miles Sanders left in the third quarter and TE Zach Ertz exited in the fourth. Still, the Ravens needed to prevent a 2-point conversion with 1:55 remaining to secure the win.

■ Bucs 38, Packers 10: Tom Brady threw a 12-yard TD pass to Rob Gronkowski for the tight end’s first TD since December 2018 and the 79th for the QB/TE tandem — tied for fourth on the all-time list with the Dolphins’ Dan Marino and Mark Clayton. Rodgers threw twoINTs inthe visitingPa­ckers’ first loss of the season.

■ Broncos 18, Patriots 12: Brandon McManus kicked six FGs and LB Malik Reed came up with a big sack late for the Broncos in a game twice delayed following positive coronaviru­s tests for both teams. ThehostPat­shadjust 288yards.

■ Bears23, Panthers16: Nick Foles threw for one TD and ran for another, and the Bears defense forced three turnovers and sacked Teddy Bridgewate­r four times to help secure the win. The Bears (5-1) opened the season 3-0 on the road for the first time since 2006, when they reached the Super Bowl.

■ Giants 20, Washington 19: Rookie Tae Crowder, the last player taken in the draft, scooped up a fumble and ran 43 yards for a TD with 3:28 to play to help give Giants coach Joe Judge his first victory. Washington, playing on the road, failed on a 2-point conversion with :36 left instead of kicking an extra point and playing forOT.

■ Falcons 40, Vikings 21: Julio Jones returned frominjury to catch two of Matt Ryan’s four TD passes, as the visiting Falcons got their first victory of the season — one week after the firing of coach Dan Quinn. Kirk Cousins threwthree­INTs in the first half for the first time in his career, and the Falcons turned those picks into 17 points to build a 20-0 lead at the break.

■ Colts 31, Bengals 27: After trailing 21-0, Philip Rivers rallied the host Colts with three TD passes, including the goahead score on the first play of the fourth. It equaled the largest comeback in the franchise’s regular-season history. Only a 28-point comeback in the 2013 playoffs against the Chiefswas a larger margin. It’s the fifth time the Bengals blew a 21-point lead in franchise history, their secondall time.

■ Dolphins 24, Jets 0: Ryan Fitzpatric­k threw three TD passes and the Dolphins held the Jets without a third-down conversion until the fourth to cruise to the win at home. The Dolphins (3-3) reached .500 for the first time under second-year coach Brian Flores. The Jets (0-6) are the NFL’s only winless team and continued their worst start since 1996.

■ Lions 34, Jaguars 16: Rookie D’Andre Swift ran for a career-high 116 yards and two scores, and Matthew Stafford got an elusive TD pass against the only team he hadn’t thrown one against in 12NFLseaso­ns as the Lionswon on the road.
