Election Day freebies: Alist of South Florida bars and restaurant­s where you can take your “I Voted” or “I Voted Early” sticker for free items.

After careful considerat­ion of the candidates, we’re finally ready to declare our support this Election Day.

To give civic minded locals extra incentive to cast ballots in the 2020 presidenti­al election, bars and restaurant­s are giving away free food, drink and swag to anyone flashing their “I Voted” stickers. Not that South Florida needs much encouragem­ent, after shattering early-voting records ahead of Election Day on Tuesday.

Still, civic mindedness feels that much sweeter when it’s paired with a free hat and hamburger. Here’s a list of South Florida bars and restaurant­s where you can take your “I Voted” or “I Voted Early” sticker.

Quarterdec­k restaurant­s taproom (1201 NE 38th St., Oakland Park) is giving away a free red or blue hat through Nov. 3, while supplies last. It’s one per customer and there’s no purchase necessary.

Rivertail: Chef Jose Mendin’s seafood spot on the New River (4 Las Olas Blvd., Suite120, Fort Lauderdale) is giving away a free taquito with a Tito’s tequila purchase. The first 100 online reservatio­ns for Nov. 3 also receive a free Tito’s cocktail.

Pubbelly: Jose Mendin’s fleet of Pubbelly restaurant­s in Miami-Dade County will offer a free Butter Krab Roll with any purchase for those who show proof of voting.

Quarterdec­k Restaurant­s: Buy any specialty burger at the Fort Lauderdale, Dania Beach, Davie and Sunrise locations and get a second burger free with purchase of two drinks. Must show “I Voted” sticker.

Coyo Taco: Flaunt your sticker at the Palm Beach, Wynwood, Brickell and Coral Gables locations for two-for-one margaritas all day on Nov. 3.

800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen: Here’s a slamdunk deal at this pizzeria chain with celebrity backing from Udonis Haslem and Dwyane Wade: one free topping on any wood-fired pie. Must show proof of voting.

Veza Sur Brewing Company: Anyone with an “I Voted” sticker receives 20% off taproom and take out beers through ElectionDa­y. Bonus: Tag@VezaSur Brewing Coin your beers elfie for a brewery shout out on Ins tag ram.

BurgerFi: On Election Day, order a Conflicted Burger via the BurgerFi app and receive a free side of French fries. All locations will honor the deal.

Genuine Hospitalit­y: Chef Michael Schwartz’s suite of restaurant­s (Tigertail& Mary, Michael’s Genuine, Amara At Paraiso) will offer a free glass of rosé to anyone sporting an “I Voted” sticker.

Frohzen: Schlep to this Miami Design District scoop shop (151 NE 41st St., Miami) for one free scoop of ice cream and choice of toppings. Even the Founding Fathers would approve of this freebie.

Boston Market: Pop into any location between 9 p.m. and close of business on Nov. 3 and the chain will give visitors a free slider ($3 value). The deal, part of the chain’s new late-night menu, includes choice of Chicken Chipotle, Chicken Cheddar, Turkey Cheddar and BBQ Meatloaf.

Krispy Kreme: Take your “I Voted” sticker to this chain for a free original glazed doughnut. For those who left their stickers at home, each location will give out backups, according to a news release.

Olive Garden: Your “I Voted” sticker gets you a free Dolcini mini dessert with purchase of an adult entrée.

McDonald’s: Starting Nov. 3 and running until Nov. 9, the golden arches are giving away its new pastry items – apple fritter, blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll – with purchase of a hot or iced coffee made through its app.

Chili’s: Get a free commemorat­ive sticker and a Presidente Margarita for $5 through Election Day.
