Here’s where to find a COVID vaccine in South Florida
Here is where you can find a coronavirus vaccine in South Florida. The criteria for each location may vary, so be sure to check the site requirements before you make your appointment.
Florida
The Department of Health “pre-registration” website can be found at myvaccine.fl.gov. Residents can be notified directly when appointments near them are available at staterun COVID-19 vaccine sites.
Federally-operated sites: May 4 was the last day first doses of the Pfizer vaccine were offered at federally-supported vaccination sites. The one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine will continue to be offered at the sites.
The Federal Retail Pharmacy Program sends vaccines directly to area drugstores. The pharmacies in South Florida include CVS, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens and Walmart.
CVS: CVS Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy y más, and Navarro Discount Pharmacy locations across Florida distribute the vaccine. Walk-in COVID-19 appointments are accepted. Sameday scheduling, including appointments as soon as one hour from time of scheduling, is also available at CVS. com. Sign-up is at cvs.com/ immunizations/covid-19vaccine. Drive-thru sites: Until further notice, no appointment is required at Department of Health-Broward vaccination sites to receive the Pfizer vaccine for COVID-19.

Miami CF Stadium at Lockhart Park, 1350 NW 55th St., Fort Lauderdale. 9 a.m.— 4:30 p.m., , Monday through Friday. This is a walk-up site.

Coral Square Mall, 9469 W. Atlantic Blvd., Coral Springs. Enter at the southwest entrance of at the intersection of University Drive and Atlantic Boulevard. This is a park-and-walk-up site, not a drive-thru. Open 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Quiet Waters Park, 401 Powerline Road, Deerfield Beach. Open 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. On May 10 the hours will expand to 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Fort Lauderdale. Holy Cross, 4701 N. Federal Highway, Building C, Fort Lauderdale. This hospital walk-in site is providing Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointments for a second dose will be scheduled after first dose is administered.
Lauderdale Lakes. Vincent Torres Park, 4331 NW 36th St., Lauderdale Lakes. This site offers the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., seven days a week. No registration required. For more information call 954-535-2807 or visit lauderdalelakes.org.
Lauderhill: Residents can get vaccinated at John E. Mullin Park. Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment, call 954-7303008 or go online at lauderhill-fl.gov/covid-19. Call center hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Miramar: The state-run Miramar Health Equity Site at Vizcaya Park, SW 49th St., is open seven days a week from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. or until supplies last. Walk-ups are welcome. Visit floridahealthcovid19.gov/vaccines. No appointment necessary.
Pompano Beach. Pat Larkins Community Center, 520 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Pompano Beach. COVID-19 vaccinations available on a first-come, first-served basis. Open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Palm Beach County
South Florida Fair. South Florida Fairgrounds, 9067 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach. May 7-9 from 2-9 p.m.; and May 10 from 5-9 p.m,, only attendees of the fair can get a COVID-19 vaccination from the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. The vaccination booth will be set up near the fair’s Gate 2 exit. No appointment is required.
Homebound: Homebound residents who want a vaccine should e-mail HomeboundVaccine@ em.myflorida.com with name and phone number to put in a request. Someone from the Florida Division of Emergency Management will contact people within 72 hours to collect more information and schedule appointments. FDEM is not accepting phone calls for this program.
The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to veterans of all ages who receive care at the VA, by appointment and on a walk-in basis. Veterans must be able to return
to the same site for their second dose. For more information, visit westpalmbeach.va.gov. Vaccines are available Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day while supplies last at its main campus in West Palm Beach. Florida Division of Emergency Management: The state has been offering vaccine appointments at Miami Marlins Stadium and Hard Rock Stadium. Residents can monitor 1-888-499-0840 for availability. People are urged not to arrive more than 30 minutes before their appointment; anyone with an appointment is guaranteed a vaccine.
Miami Gardens. Hard Rock Stadium, 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens. Drive-thru location for first and second doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. No appointment required.
Mount Sinai Medical Center: Mount Sinai has been providing vaccines to Miami-Dade County residents who are 18 and older. Residents can monitor 305-674-2312 for availability.

Jackson Health System: Miami-Dade’s public hospital network stopped providing first shots to the public on April 30. Anyone who received a first shot at Jackson is guaranteed a second dose, with appointments continuing until May 21. Make an appointment at Jackson’s online portal by visiting jacksonhealth.org.
