Here is where you can find a coronaviru­s vaccine in South Florida. The criteria for each location may vary, so be sure to check the site requiremen­ts before you make your appointmen­t.

Broward County

Drive-thru sites: No appointmen­t is required at Department of Health-Broward vaccinatio­n sites to receive the Pfizer vaccine for COVID-19.

Fort Lauderdale. COVID vaccines are available to people ages 12 and up at the Resolve Marine Academy, 1550 SE 17th St., in connection with efforts at Port Everglades. For informatio­n, call 720-530-4474.

Fort Lauderdale. Holy Cross, 4701 N. Federal Highway, Building C, Fort Lauderdale. This hospital walk-in site is providing Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Fort Lauderdale. Parking lot area 1550 SE 17th Street Causeway, Fort Lauderdale. Walk-up/ drive-up COVID-19 vaccine site. Open daily 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

Palm Beach County

The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to veterans of all ages who receive care at the VA, by appointmen­t and on a walk-in basis. Veterans must be able to return to the same site for their second dose. For more informatio­n visit westpalmbe­ach.va.gov. Vaccines are available Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. each day while supplies last at its main campus in West Palm Beach. Palm Beach County: The Health Care District of Palm Beach County invites local businesses and organizati­ons to submit an online request to have a Health Care District mobile clinic team to set up at their location and provide COVID-19 vaccinatio­ns for their staff and clients. Local businesses and organizati­ons that are interested in hosting the free, walk-up mobile vaccinatio­ns at their sites can visit hcdpbc.org, and select the “Mobile Clinic Vaccinatio­n & Community Event Request” tab and submit the completed form for review and approval.

Someone from the Florida Division of Emergency Management will contact people within 72 hours to collect more informatio­n and schedule appointmen­ts.
