A large number of Dolphins players joined others around the NFL in wearing specially-designed cleats to promote social causes or draw attention to issues. The program is called “My Cause, My Cleats.”

represented Mucopolysaccharidoses for the National MPS Society & Kalel’s MPS Superhero Foundation; wide receiver represented Cystic Fibrosis for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; center
represented Mental Health Awareness Month; wide receiver
represented race relations and social progress for Dream Defenders; defensive tackle
represented education, health, wellness, nutrition and international outreach for the Ndamukong Suh Family Foundation; safety represented underprivileged youth for the First Step Program & Van Duzer Foundation; defensive end
represented injustice and social movement for APEX Academy.
