Protocol on Moore under review

The NFL and the Players Associatio­n are conducting a review of the concussion protocol quarterbac­k Matt Moore received in the second quarter of Sunday’s loss.

The review, the league said in a statement Monday, doesn’t mean the NFL has drawn conclusion­s as to whether the protocol was followed.
