Realty firm launches health care brokerage

Reichel Realty & Investments Inc. this month started a health care real estate brokerage and advisory division headed by Dr. Benjamin Patipa.

Palm Beach Gardens-based Reichel said the division provides services and guidance for growing or transitioning health care clients.

Patipa joins Reichel as a vice president. He previously was CEO of Tenet Healthcare Corp.’s Accountable Care Organization in Florida and spent more than 30 years in executive positions in public and private companies.

“As a physician and experienced health care industry executive, Ben brings real value to our clients, whether analyzing and finding the right real estate solution, or helping forge new relationships to grow or sell a practice,” President Bill Reichel said in a statement.
