Wednesday’s game: In their first visit to the new Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, Miguel Rojas got the Marlins started in a 9-5 victory with a three-run homer to left off Chris Devenski in the second inning. Rojas drove in a fourth run with a sacrifice fly. RHP Tom Koehler, in his first spring start (second outing), worked two innings, allowing a run on a two-out single by Yuli Gurriel in the second. A leadoff walk led to the run. … Christian Yelich drove in two runs, including his second homer, an opposite-field drive off lefty Kevin Chapman. … Austin Nola had a notable day in his conversation from infielder to catcher, getting positive reviews in his first start behind the plate from Koehler, who said, “For me to feel comfortable throwing to a guy I’ve never even seen squat before speaks volumes for the work they’ve been doing.” Nola also had a hit, got hit by a pitch and scored a run. … RHP Edinson Volquez was better in his second outing, following Koehler with two scoreless innings on one hit.
