Plan’s a failure from business perspective
As a former project manager, I know that a 10-year project takes a lot of planning, and a project close-date is usually defined early on. The Republicans have been working on this “repeal and replace” project for 10 years. The project seems to have been started and finished in about a month. In the business world, this is called poor planning. It is also called failure.
What is the Republicans’ fear of simply fixing a not-perfect project that has been implemented, instead of tearing it down? If only one exit on the rebuilt I-595 expressway is wrong, do they blow up the entire roadway and start over? With no clear replacement plan? Apparently yes. This too would be failure.
