Ed Gagliardi has joined Great Patriot Construction Services in Boca Raton as vice president of marketing to lead growth in the company’s restaurant/retail/ class A commercial construction markets. Previously, Gagliardi held marketing, business development and operations roles with Colgate Palmolive and Novartis. Moss & Associates has promoted Jason
Clark to vice president/project executive. Clark, who has more than 15 years of experience in construction management, first joined Moss in 2005 as an assistant project manager.

Greenspoon Marder shareholder, Rebecca Bratter, has been promoted to deputy managing shareholder, in Fort Lauderdale. Sachs Sax Caplan P.L. promoted Andre S. Michael N. Wolgin, an associate in the firm’s Miami office, to shareholder. Todd Baker, an associate at the law firm of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, was elected to the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division 17th Circuit, Seat 4. The Miami office of law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP recently added five associates: Jeffrey D. Lowe, Sandra Ferrin, Michael R. Zangara, Hans H. Hertell and Jay A. Yagoda. Michael D. Mopsick ,of counsel with Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann P.A., has received the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Sidney A. Stubbs Professionalism Award for 2017, presented during the association’s annual Bench and Bar Conference luncheon.
Daniel L. Gold has joined Goldberg Segalla as a partner in the firm’s Miami office. He was previously with Wilson Elser in Miami.
Culinary
Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort recently promoted Andres Teran from executive chef to director of food and beverage; and Salvador Soberanis, former sous chef for the resort, has been promoted to executive chef. The 3033 Group, including Shooters Waterfront and Grateful Palate Catering & Events, announced new executive appointments. James Crowley was named culinary director. He will oversee on-site events at the two venues and off-site catering events in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Roberto Santiago was named executive chef at Shooters Waterfront and will oversee all culinary operations for the Intracoastal venue. Brian Cornelius was named executive chef of Grateful Palate Catering & Events.

Chip Regan was named to the newly-created position of chief information security officer at JM Family Enterprises Inc., Deerfield Beach.
Nonprofit
Jay Tenenbaum has been named chief development officer for Goodman Jewish Family Services of Broward County. He joins the organization from Atlanta, where he was regional director for ORT America.
Architectural
Urban Design Kilday Studios , an urban design, planning and landscape architecture firm, has added Robert D. Dinsmore to its West Palm Beach office. Dinsmore was most recently a landscape architect for Chapman Technical Group/GRW Inc. in St. Albans, W.Va.
Medical
MDLIVE Inc. in Sunrise, a virtual medical and behavioral health care provider, has appointed
Dr. Richard Gilbert as president of the company’s medical group. Gilbert will be responsi- ble for all aspects of clinical leadership, strategy, structure and operations. He will oversee the organization’s push to optimize the patient experience and drive quality outcomes, while supporting its efforts to better engage physicians and build upon its existing network. In addition, Gilbert will serve as the clinical subject matter expert for product development. Prior to MDLIVE, Gilbert was chief medical officer of Mednax, Inc., and was responsible for thousands of health care specialists. His past CEO roles also were with Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants, Southeast Pain Care (founder) and Quantum LLC (founder). He served as Chief of the Department of Anesthesiology and Medical Staff President at Carolinas Medical Center and held a board position for Carolinas HealthCare System.
Real estate
Cresa has appointed Monica Cornejo as a senior associate. Cornejo was most recently with Stiles Corp. as a marketing services coordinator for the realty arm of Stiles.
Saria Finkelstein, lead real estate consultant with the Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate Team at Keller Williams, in Plantation, was recently named by REALTOR Magazine as an honoree in its annual “30 under 30,” award program. Finkelstein was recognized for her contributions in the community and industry.
Fine Arts
Steve Hartman, founder and owner of Contessa Gallery was recently elected as the president of the Fine Arts Dealers Association. Hartman also serves on the editorial advisory board of Art World News Magazine.

The Northern Palm Beach chapter of the American Business Women’s Association announced its 2017 Chapter Woman of the Year, Loretta Remy, chapter member since 2014 and an independent representative for BeautiControl.
Leora B. Freire, a shareholder with the West Palm Beach office of Richman Greer, has been nominated for the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches’ 2017 Women in Leadership Awards.
Rosemary O’Hara, Sun Sentinel editoral page editor, was recently honored as one of four Alumni of Distinction at The University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications. Rosemary Goudreau O’Hara, B.S. Journalism 1976, began her reporting career at the Tampa Tribune before moving to the Orlando Sentinel and later to the Miami Herald as a medical writer and then as an editor in the Herald’s Broward Bureau. She also held editing positions at the KnightRidder bureau in Washington, The Virginian Pilot in Norfolk, Va.; the Cincinnati Enquirer, where she was the managing editor; and the Tampa Tribune, where she was editorial page editor. Prior to joining the Sun Sentinel in 2012, O’Hara was a new-media entrepreneur who founded the website, Florida Voices.
