Lamar Odom, former Miami Heat star and ex-husband of Khloe Kardashian, has listed his Pinecrest home for sale at $5.2 million.

Odom, who spent the 2003-04 season with the Heat, paid $2.975 million for the home after he arrived in South Florida.

The Mediterranean-style estate, situated on more than an acre, features a pool and spa, tennis/basketball court, home theater, bar and billiards room.

Built in 2002, the 8,557-square-foot home is accessible through a twostory foyer with a pair of pillars and wrought-iron staircases on both sides.

Odom hasn’t personally used the mansion at 9401 Southwest 63rd Court recently. Instead, it’s served as a rental property the past few years.

Odom’s arrival to the Heat kick-started a turnaround for the franchise, as Miami went from 25 wins the season before he was added to the starting lineup to the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs in 2004.

The following offseason, Odom was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers as part of a multi-player deal that landed the Heat star center Shaquille O’Neal, who, along with Dwyane Wade, helped guide Miami to the 2006 NBA title.

Other former Heat players are also looking to sell their luxury pads in Pinecrest.

Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway, who finished his playing career with the Heat, is looking to fetch $3.799 million for his Mediterranean mansion, located at 5940 SW 108th St.

Additionally, Chris “Birdman” Andersen also placed his home, located at 5826 SW 107th St., on the market for $3.94 million.
