“Fast” controversy:
Michelle Rodriguez is threatening to leave “The Fast and the Furious” franchise unless its female characters are treated differently. Rodriguez wrote on Instagram that she hopes filmmakers decide “to show some love to the women of the franchise” in its next installment. If not, she says, she “just might have to say goodbye.”
Adele’s last tour? Pop superstar Adele has hinted that her current tour will be her last. The 29-yearold included a signed, handwritten note in the program for her Wednesday night show in London, stating: “I don’t know if I’ll ever tour again and so I want my last time to be at home.” She will perform three more shows in London, finishing her tour Sunday.
Lowe freaks out: Rob Lowe says he thought he was going to be killed during filming of his new A&E docuseries, “The Lowe Files.” Lowe says the encounter took place in the Ozark Mountains. Lowe says he and his sons were camping there to investigate a bigfoot-like creature when something began to approach their camp. Lowe says he was lying on the ground thinking he was going to be killed. “The Lowe Files” follows the actor and sons Matthew and John Owen as they explore mysterious phenomena across the country.
