McGriff moves to the inside

BOCA RATON — Florida Atlantic’s receiving depth chart continues to shift in the days leading up to Friday’s season opener against Navy.

McGriff, who is listed at 215 pounds but hovers in the mid-230s, is one of the most intriguing players on FAU’s offense. He played quarterbac­k in high school at Tallahasse­e Leon. At prep school and junior college, he saw playing time at both running back and receiver.
