Sawgrass Mills is hosting an employment fair for its tenants.

SUNRISE — Sawgrass Mills will host a job fair for its tenants on Thursday, with more than 500 jobs available. The positions are both seasonal and longterm.

The job fair is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday at Fashion Row, near Calvin Klein at Sawgrass Mills, which is located at 12801 W. Sunrise Blvd., in Sunrise.

Participating retailers and restaurants include Calvin Klein, Century 21 Department Store, Dick’s Sporting Goods, H&M, Kate Spade New York, and Yard House.

Jobs listed for Sawgrass Mills on Indeed.com include: sales positions at Coach; Express, Vans, Nike, and Bath & Body Works; assistant store manager at Ted Baker London, and a business and training specialist at Old Navy. Check Indeed.com or with a specific store for the most current openings.

The outlet mall, which attracts international visitors, encourages applications from multi-lingual speakers, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Ger-

man and Chinese. Management positions are available.

Sawgrass Mills, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex, is owned by Simon Property Group of Indianapolis, which last week announced plans for a new 170-room hotel in Sunrise on property adjacent to the Sawgrass Mills.

Construction of the new hotel, to be part of the AC Hotels by Marriott brand, is expected to begin in spring 2018 for opening in early 2020.

The new hotel will be the first to be built Sunrise in 15 years.
