Scouting report: This is the sixth and final game of the Heat’s preseason, having lost their previous two road exhibition­s, in Brooklyn and Charlotte . . . The Heat enter 3-2 in the preseason, coming off Wednesday’s 117-115 victory over the visiting Wizards . . . This is the fifth and final exhibition for the 76ers, who are serving as the host team for this game . . . The 76ers are 1-3 in the preseason, coming off Wednesday’s 133-114 road victory over the Nets, when Joel Embiid scored 22 points . . . The Heat went 2-2 against the 76ers last season, with the teams again to meet four times this season . . . The 76ers began their offseason overhaul with the selection of Washington guard Markelle Fultz with the first pick of the draft. They since have signed veteran free agents J.J. Redick, Amir Johnson, Kris Humphries and Emeka Okafor, as well as added James Michael McAdoo on a two-way contract. This also will be the debut season of guard Ben Simmons, who was injured as a rookie . . . Goran Dragic (rest), Okaro White (shoulder) and Rodney McGruder (leg) are out for the Heat . . . For the 76ers, Fultz (knee) and Richaun Holmes (wrist) are out.
